What This Is

A structured assessment that processes your company's real data — IT systems, financial records, employee workflows — and produces a clear, actionable picture of your technology posture and AI readiness.

This isn't a checklist audit or a consultant's opinion. It's an engine-driven analysis that scores your key business functions, maps your risk surface, discovers shadow IT, and identifies specific AI opportunities ranked by impact and feasibility.

Eight Deliverables

How It Works

We need three things from you:

• ◆IT inventory (systems, platforms, admin portals)
• ◆GL export or chart of accounts
• ◆30–60 minutes of time from whoever knows the day-to-day operations

All data is processed inside a dedicated Google Cloud environment provisioned for your engagement. Nothing is stored on personal devices or shared infrastructure. When the engagement ends, you retain full ownership of your data, your environment, and your deliverables.

Timeline: 2–3 weeks from data handoff to final deliverables.
